eServices is a comprehensive and totally integrated suite of e-business applications which allows you to access our services on the Internet.
Account informatiom, equipment information, the ability to schedule service, order parts or print out copies of individual invoices - it's all there - and with eServices, it's available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Because eServices was built for use in a web browser, anyone who is familiar with "surfing" the Internet can navigate Cook Equipment's eServices. You have access to your information with just a simple click of a moise, so you can get the information you need - fast, and when you need it.
eServices contains the following modules: My Account, My Equipment, Go Shopping, Purchase History and Quotes.
You can look up the status of your account, view details of outstanding balances, and reproduce invoices without having to place a call to us. You can even update your own profile, including address and phone number.
The eQuip module allows you to view information about the equipment you own, including service history.
In the Go Shopping section of eServices, you can browse and shop for parts for pickup or delivery, view equipment we have for sale.
With the eHistory module, you can look up your past work orders and identify repairs, check rental invoices, find out what parts you have purchased for a particular machine the year before and then print copies of the invoices - all without placing a single call to Cook Equipment!
eQuotes allows you to access outstanding parts and service quotes, view quote details, accept a quote and schedule service, as well as request a requote if a quote has expired.
